Ashley’s passion for real estate took shape at a young age. After graduating from the University of Boulder, Colorado – she knew real estate would be a lifelong love affair! From personal real estate investments, to design/builds on new construction – this love affair landed her in the field of real estate in 2006. Having lived and experienced ski resort towns in Colorado and Idaho, she would love to share why her family choose Park City as home base. In the past year alone, Ashley and team have closed more than 39 high-value property deals, totaling more than $60 million in real estate. She ranks consistently in the Presidents Circle and Leading-Edge Society.

The truth is that accolades are only part of Ashley’s story. What sets her apart is her unique approach to real estate. She sees her clients as far more than just names on a contract. They’re her friends, neighbors, and members of the community — and her fiercest passion is helping them find what she’s found: a place to call home in Utah’s pristine mountain town, whether that’s a house, a horse property, or a luxury ski home.

Not surprisingly for a UC Boulder alum, Ashley’s still an avid skier and hiker. She’s also a horse enthusiast who enjoys exploring all the mountain trails. Ashley Archibald knew from the moment she set foot on Park City’s slopes that she’d call this town home. The Silver Creek/Glenwild community in particular spoke to her, and has become the family sweet spot because of the expansive acreage and views! When she’s not chasing her kids up wilderness trails, Ashley savors every aspect of life in the mountains, from enjoying world class restaurants and fine wine, to horseback riding and trail systems — Park City just has it all!

Ashley feels that part of being a citizen of such a great place is supporting local charitable institution. Charities such as the Summit Land Conservancy, Park City Education Foundation, Park City Reads, and the Park City Community Foundation have become organizations she aligns with. Ashley supports these charities with a portion of all income she earns from real estate deals in honor of her clients and the community that support her.
