David W. Johnson
David is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law.  David served for 18 years as legal counsel to the Utah Association of REALTORS®, and to the Park City Board of REALTORSâ and is a past Director of the Utah Division of Real Estate.
 
He has been primarily responsible for the development of most of the standardized real estate forms currently used by real estate agents and brokers in the State of Utah. Other endeavors include having managed his own title insurance and escrow company, and a past member of the Summit County Board of Adjustment. 
 
In September, 2005, David left his full-time law practice to become the Principal Broker for Keller Williams Park City Real Estate.  A true asset, not only to KW, but to the Real Estate community in general, David teaches regularly scheduled Continuing Education classes.  As part of the Keller Williams open-door policy, classes are available to any agent from any brokerage.
 
Charming (for an attorney), funny and easily approachable, David dispenses advice and contract language, while keeping agents on their toes and in tune with the latest case studies and cutting edge legal issues.
